Olivia Najda

Olivia Najda graduated from York University with an Honours of Bachelor in 2016 and went on to become an osteopath and receive her Masters of Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M/OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in 2018. She is a member of the association OSTCAN (Osteopathy Canada)..

As an osteopath, Olivia specializes in a full-body approach in manual therapy that emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body.

Olivia takes the time to assess and treat the body thoroughly in her sessions to help you reach your goals and tailors every treatment specific to her patients. Olivia can help with recent injuries, chronic pain, headaches, jaw pain, digestive issues, and more!

In her spare time, Olivia loves to lead an active lifestyle. You can find Olivia taking long walks with her dog, at the gym trying to reach new goals or finding new recipes to cook in the kitchen!
