Matthew Medeiros

Matt has been a competitive soccer player for 25 years and a Martial Arts athlete for 9 years. After struggling with injuries from the demand of his sports, Matt came across osteopathy. During his healing process Matt witness first-hand how osteopathy facilitates self-healing within the body and his interest grew towards the profession.

Wanting to be involved in osteopathy and help others in their healing and recovery journey, Matt graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a thorough understanding of functional anatomy and physiology. Matt has a great understanding of sport specific movement, but also appreciates everyone’s desire to move restriction and pain free.

In his spare time Matt can be found spending time with his partner and their 3 kids, playing/watching sports and keeping active.
