Jennifer MacLean

Jen is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who attended the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, ON. She completed an extensive 4 year program and earned her Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc.) in October of 2019. She is a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA) which is committed to rigorous professional standards and is recognized by the Canadian insurance industry.

Jen’s training was rooted in the treatment principles of Classical Osteopathy which included 1000 hours of supervised clinical training. As a former certified personal trainer, school teacher and NCAA university hockey player, she has a deeply rooted passion for educating and helping others feel more in control of living a well balanced life. Preventative care and maintenance of whole body balance, movement, strength and mobility are the keys to a healthy and energizing life. She believes in educating her clients in the process of achieving wellness in order to build accountability for sustainable health!
