I completed my Bachelor of Science (Honors) at Queen's university in 2018. After University, I worked as a Personal Trainer where I found my passion for helping people improve all aspects of their lives. Leaning towards guiding patients through the rehabilitation process, I knew I wanted to pursue a career beyond training.
In the Fall of 2020 I started at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO) in Hamilton, Ontario. This four-year program has provided me with the knowledge and building blocks to understand the human body through the osteopathic lens. I graduated in the Fall of 2023 earning my Masters in Practice in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc).
I currently practice Osteopathy in Toronto, Ontario.
