Meredith Ballaban

Meredith received her osteopathic training from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton and is an OSCTAN member in good standing. Meredith was drawn to osteopathy after experiencing treatment herself as a patient and seeing the difference it made in her and her children’s lives. With a background in health, movement and hands-on work as a certified birth doula, yoga teacher and Thai Yoga Massage practitioner, she felt that osteopathy offered the next step in acquiring a deeper understanding of the human body and its ability to self-heal and self-regulate. Meredith aims to meet patients where they are and foster safe and positive experiences.

Meredith has lived and worked in Centre Wellington for twenty years and is proud to call this beautiful community home. She is mom to three amazing daughters and two rascally boy cats, and enjoys hiking in the Gorge, trying out new recipes, and talking about all things osteopathy!
