Meggie is a manual practitioner of osteopathy with three years of clinical practice. She completed a Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. While at the CAO, Meggie completed 4200 hours of training including 1000 supervised clinical hours. She was also awarded the A.T. Still Excellence Award for highest achievement in her class and is in good standing with the OstCan Association.

Before osteopathy, Meggie completed yoga teacher training in Costa Rica in 2016, which acted as a gateway to her passion for anatomy. Yoga was a tool to understand the works of the mind-body connection and which now enhances her holistic approach to patient care. Before osteopathy, Meggie originally studied Childhood Institutions at the University of Western Ontario with plans to pursue social work, but after completing her undergrad, she then discovered her true passion was osteopathy and hasn’t looked back.

Outside of her practice, Meggie is an avid traveler, having explored countries like Myanmar, Morocco, Thailand, and Guatemala. She lives an active lifestyle, enjoying many hobbies like hiking, biking, snowboarding, and scuba diving.
