Lana Alyonkina

Hi, my name is Lana. I am an Osteopathic Manual Therapist. I also hold a diploma in practical nursing. I worked for Hamilton Health Sciences for the past 10 years and have been working with and helping others with their health care needs. This combined education gives me a greater understanding of complex medical conditions and how to apply this knowledge to my osteopathic practice to treat you as a whole person and to provide personalized treatment for every patient. Osteopathic treatments help ease pain, reduce tissue tension, improve the overall quality of life, speed the body’s healing, and reduce the impact of illness in everyday life. My goal is to help you restore movement and alignment within your body so that your body functions better and heals itself.
