Anna holds a bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario.With a passion for holistic health and a deep-rooted love for various sports and outdoor adventures, her life is a blend of professional expertise and active pursuits, including mountain biking, triathlons, hiking, rock climbing, hockey, snowboarding, and more. Anna is dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace life to the fullest by enhancing their physical well-being, addressing changes to the mechanism of loading through the various tissues that may obstruct nerve, artery, vein and lymphatic function.
