Hi I'm Courtney! My journey working in the health and wellness field began in 2011. Osteopathy’s approach to looking at the body with such an in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and collective mechanics, was unparalleled to anything I had learned prior. I was able to obtain results with patients like never before. I began to see the energetic connections to physical ailments and became a Reiki Master. From there, I expanded my studies into Akashic Record reading and most recently. kundalini yoga teaching.

Combining these passions and allowing myself to follow the path most aligned has been a powerful experience, and I feel so grateful to be able to share it with you!
