Helena Bugler, your dedicated Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and a graduate of the esteemed Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO). With 4 years of learning the complex principles of osteopathy, including a surgical-level understanding of functional anatomy and how the human body works and responds, advanced levels of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, particularly the structure and function of the muscular and nervous systems. I’m humbled to be a professional member of Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN). Both the CAO and OSTCAN uphold the highest international standards, ensuring that members complete an extensive 4200 hours of education, alongside a minimum of 1000 hours of supervised clinical practice. As an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, I provide exclusive care through the art of manual methods, with a strong focus on structural assessment and treatment.
