Lindsay Lessard

Lindsay is an osteopathic manual practitioner who graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics with a minor in Biology from St. Francis Xavier University.

During her osteopathic studies Lindsay was presented with the Award of Merit for outstanding academic achievement. She fell in love with the osteopathic principles of viewing the body as a collective unit and how the body has the ability to self heal and self regulate. Lindsay’s approach to treatment follows these principles and aims to realign the structure, restore proper nerve impulses, and the circulation of blood flow.
