Meet your practitioner Mateusz: he graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy after finishing his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology.

His goal is to promote overall well-being and optimal body function by readjusting the body to normal in order to self-heal and self-regulate. The approach is manipulation of the mechanics of the body to locate the root cause of the body’s problem. This will improve the motion of joints and body structures (fascia, muscle, ligaments, and bones) that will alleviate pain, free the nerves, arteries, veins, and lymphatics systems of restrictions caused by these body structures.

His passion for health stems from his active lifestyle through weight training, boxing, hiking, camping, and an intrigue to find optimal function in each individual, pain free.
