Michelle Smith

Michelle is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master’s diploma in Osteopathic Manual Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) and a registered member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). As a principles-based practitioner, Michelle employs a personalized, whole-body approach to treatment, working with all tissues of the body to facilitate self-healing and self-regulation.

Movement has always been integral to Michelle’s life, from participating in sports to becoming a yoga instructor and now providing Osteopathic Manual Therapy. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys reading, attending movement classes, spending time outdoors, and exploring the Hamilton community.
