Welcome, Hi, I’m Natasha, a Registered Massage Therapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. I help people reconnect with their bodies, reduce pain, and find lasting relief through focused, hands-on care.

My work is grounded in both science and experience practing manual therapy since 2008. With extensive training in the structure and systems of the body — from the musculoskeletal and nervous systems to fascia, fluid movement, and organ mobility — I use gentle, precise techniques to treat pain at its root, not just the symptoms.

Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and more aware after our sessions — as if their body is finally being listened to. That’s the core of my approach: listening to what your body is saying and responding with respectful, personalized care.
