As an avid sports fan, I always had a keen interest in the human body. Upon completing exercise science in secondary school, it was clear to me that I was destined to work in a field where I could use my understanding of the human body to benefit others. I discovered osteopathy through the recommendations of friends & family and was immediately drawn to its emphasis of searching for health rather than disease. Five years of extensive academic & clinical rotations has provided me with a meticulous understanding of anatomy, as well as a variety of interpersonal skills, obtained throughout clinical rotations.
My approach to Osteopathic treatment is unique, innovative and patient centred. Osteopathic treatment can consist of the following, but is not limited to: Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Poisitional Release Therapy, Articular Adjustments, Visceral Manipulation, and Cranial-Sacral Therapy.
