Sarah Nichols

Sarah received her Honours Bachelor of Science Specializing in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa in 2016 before becoming a Registered Kinesiologist. She has recently graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with a Master in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences, allowing her to start her career as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Sarah specializes in Osteopathic Manual therapy, concussion rehabilitation, sports injury prevention/rehabilitation and motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. She believes in the importance of a holistic approach to rehabilitation by regaining movement and motion to improve blood flow and reduce overall pain, improving the patient’s constitution and vitality. In 2015 Sarah began working with elite-level athletes and is now the Head Therapist for the Kemptville 73’s Jr. A and u18 AAA hockey teams, as well as the Lead Trainer for the Central Canada Hockey League and Hockey Eastern Ontario u18 AAA leagues. This experience has allowed her to manage a multitude of different injuries in a 1-on-1 setting. She began working with motor vehicle accident patients and veterans in 2017.
