Sophie Benoit

Sophie is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to her care. She is fully bilingual (French and English) and available for both initial assessments and follow-up treatments. Before pursuing osteopathy, Sophie completed her undergraduate degree in Health Promotion at Laurentian University. She also has a background as a personal trainer, which adds a well-rounded perspective to her work with patients.
