Stephanie Valente

I graduated from the 4 year masters program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, in 2024 with a M. OMSc (Master in Osteopathic Manual Sciences). Then I completed my certification exam to become an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Being an OMP means clients can bill their insurance companies for osteopathic treatment, given they are covered by insurance.

Prior to Osteopathy, I graduated from Humber college for Massage therapy, becoming an RMT in the same year. I have been an RMT since 2013 and have been adding to my skill set ever since. Working in different settings such as multidisciplinary, RMT focused clinics, luxury spa and owning a mobile massage business, gave me a great opportunity to treat all populations. Gaining valuable experience
learning how the body can change and heal itself, given the right direction and circumstances.

My goal is to help as many people get back to their optimal health, no matter their past or present medical history. Using the bodies natural ability to self heal and self regulate, when it is given the space and correct mechanical advantage to do so through Osteopathy.
